Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Slidin's hosted Instagram and Facebook comment-to-DM campaign service, operated by Luxuria Technology Ltd.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Slidin you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Slidin for a business, you confirm you can bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use Slidin.
Authorized Use
You may use Slidin only with Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the campaigns, keywords, links and messages you configure.
No Unsolicited Messaging
Slidin is built to reply to people who have just commented on your post or messaged you first. You may not use Slidin for cold outreach, bulk or unsolicited marketing, purchased or scraped contact lists, spam, or any message the recipient did not ask for. You may not use it to send misleading, unlawful or abusive content.
Consent And Opt-Outs
You are responsible for having the consent and legal basis you need to message the people your campaigns reach, and for telling people what you will do with any information they give you (for example through lead capture). You must honor opt-out requests. Slidin stops automated messages to a person who replies STOP, and you must not try to get around this.
Platform Compliance
You agree to follow the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram and Facebook policies, Meta's messaging rules (including the 24-hour messaging window and one private reply per comment), and applicable privacy, advertising and anti-spam laws. Slidin may rate-limit, pause or disable campaigns that create compliance, abuse, security or deliverability risk.
Plans And Billing
Slidin offers a free trial and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy for refunds. We may change prices or plans with notice before your next renewal.
Your Data
You keep ownership of your content and data. You allow us to process it to provide Slidin, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time at /data-deletion.
Termination
You may stop using Slidin at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, Meta's rules or the law, or that put the service or other people at risk. On termination your right to use Slidin ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
Slidin depends on third-party platforms including Meta, email, payment and hosting providers. We work to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed, and Meta may change or restrict its platforms at any time.
Disclaimer And Liability
Slidin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Luxuria Technology Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by actions of Meta or other third parties, and its total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Slidin in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Slidin after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
